Take down notice?
Apparently I have to take down the Super Mario Illustrations I’ve done, Nintendo doesn’t like it.

I have no money, so I won’t go as far court but I’m going to my research because I’m pretty sure there’s nothing illegal about parody.

Leave it to coroporate america to stamp out the little guy, along with originality and creativity.
P.S. – I seriously doubt there is anything even close to illegal about your art.

Your work is parody and is therefor protected under fair use, according to wikipedia and my limited prior knowledge on the subject.
